30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible

Your item must:

  • Be unused

  • In original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Include your order number, the reason for your return request and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

We’ll review your request and send return instructions.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible using the instructions above so we can make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Usually within 5–10 business days

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used products
